Customer Service

We believe personal service is key to building a successful connection with our customers. FIBERONE will respond to all customer inquires within two (2) business hours. After receipt of order, a sales order confirmation detailing the customer’s order and ship date will be delivered within eight (8) business hours. If you are unhappy with our service at any time, we encourage you to let us know, and we will take the steps needed to correct it.
