UCS-1200

The UCS-1200 rack mount chassis integrates up to twelve Universal Fiber Cassettes (UFC) for splicing and terminating 288 fibers in a 7U high chassis. Its compact and lightweight design, weighing just 14 lbs, makes it an ideal choice for high-density rack mount fiber network applications. The aluminum chassis features steel 19/23” reversible mounting brackets, allowing for flexible positioning according to your network preferences.

The UCS-1200 chassis offers a space-saving solution for communication networks, available in both Black and White options. The top front cover of the UCS-1200 ensures protection and easy access to the U-Guards of the Universal Fiber Cassettes. With integrated guide rails, the UCS-1200 allows for the telescoping feature of the cassettes. Accessing the rear hinged door is simple with the help of two thumb screws.

In addition, the UCS-1200 provides ample slack storage for buffer tubes on its inside cover, ensuring sufficient slack fiber for splicing and routing into the Universal Fiber Cassettes. The top and bottom rear grommets can also be removed to transition buffer tubes to adjacent chassis.
